Fuel Up Nutrition Founder & CEO
Karly Meincke is a food and fitness enthusiast who is committed to leading a happy and healthy lifestyle. She is devoted to helping others build a healthy relationship with food, one that is “diet” free and fun. Karly believes that everyone has the ability to gain control over their food choices and develop confidence in everyday food decisions. Food is our FUEL and foundation and at Fuel Up Nutrition (FUN) Karly strives to help others see that ALL FOODS CAN FIT with planning and proper portioning. Many of us already have some basic knowledge and understanding of healthy eating, however we often fall short at sticking to it. At FUN Karly uses a behaviour change approach and helps clients with accountability and developing healthy eating habits. Once a knowledge base is set Karly helps clients make lifestyle changes that are sustainable and work LONG TERM. Ditch the meal plan and regimented diet and opt for a sustainable path to lifelong healthy nutrition.
